Preconstruction Meeting
|
This is where we put your home together on paper. Everything from the light fixtures, to the shingles will be covered and picked by you. You have full say in what you want in your new home. How exciting! And of course we will help you take care of the city and county permits that will be required before construction can begin.

| Foundation Laying |
At this point, everything is ready to go, and your new foundation can be poured. It all starts here! The soil on your property will be inspected, and the plans will be put to action as engineers will delicately conform the ground to root your new home!!

| Lumber Delivery and Framing |
The lumber that will form the "skeleton" will be dropped on site. Then the "skeleton" comes to life, as the shape of your home is structured by a crew of professional constructors. The entire structure will be built, inspected, and set to codes at this point. This is essential before the rest of your home can be constructed.

| Plumbing and Electrical |
This is when all the home essentials will be placed and molded to fit your home. You will notice that your home will run with pipes everywhere. Take a good look, because you won't see them again once the walls go up. The same goes for the electrical. A certified electrician will "rough in" your home, by drilling all the holes, and running all electrical wires to the various spots in your home. Everything from the electrical outlets, to the washer and dryer hookups will be installed.

| Drywall Installation |
Your home will have a crew come in, and put up the walls after insulation, permanent power connectors, and possible gas meters have been run. They will frame them up, along with cut out spots for electrical outlets, ceiling fixtures, and more. This is when your home really starts to look like a home.

| Trim Work and Finishing Touches |
A crew will come in and paint the colors you have specified all around the home. Another crew will come in and place the trim work around your floors. Gutters will be installed. Carpet or wood floors will be layed. Mailboxes, door jams will be installed, and more will finish up the task of construction. After this, you home will have a professional cleaning crew come in, and clean it right up to perfection.

| Final 3rd Party Inspection |
At this point, your appliances, doors and more are finished up. Your contractor will make for certain that everything is in its right place, and to your satisfaction. You can practically smell the new at this point!!

| Meet Your New Home Meeting |
At this point, you will have the chance to come in and become familiar with your new home. During this orientation you will have the chance to really get acquainted with everything from the appliances to the bathrooms. You will have a warranty and review meeting with your contractor. And after that, you are home free...
